The client wanted a promotion idea that emphasised why they are the best in their local area, years of experience and quality customer service and most importantly their transparent approach to business, no hidden fees you get exactly what you paid for which is nothing less than the best.

I liked the idea of the wealth of experience the staff had to offer which was, most of them had been with the company since its foundation years. I also liked they were transparent, there is nothing more terrible than hidden fees. So using that concept that was my final solution. I used a double exposure style on two of the staff members combining property and agents as one but at the same time seeing right through the agents to emphasise on the transparency of the business.
